Shipping & Returns Shipping Information We are ideally located to get our products out to you quickly. As you can see in the chart below, we can ship to nearly half of the country in two business days or less! Our UPS Ground Delivery schedule: Supply orders go out the same business day if the product is in stock, and it is ordered before 6 PM. After 6 PM most orders will go out the next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, and do not include weekends or holidays. A handling charge of $4.00 is included on all shipments (multiple orders in the same package are subject to just one handling charge). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will incur additional charges. Actual shipping charges may vary as size and weight configuration will determine final cost. UPS fuel surcharges are updated daily and automatically figured into the rates given during  the checkout process. We cannot guarantee an exact shipping date. Returned Merchandise Any returned merchandise must first be authorized by a customer service representative within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise that is originally refused, for any reason, must be prepaid (including a $5.00 service charge and any additional shipping charges) before it can be re-sent. This will put a hold on your account and we will not process any other orders until paid current.
